Personal care is a service that helps our clients “feel good”, it could be something many of us take for granted such as difficulty bathing, washing, dressing and toileting. Help may be required owing to old age, injury, infection and may be temporary or permanent in nature.
Live-In Care / Respite
Live-in carers will maintain your comfort, health and safety, whilst providing everything from help with dressing, cooking, washing, medication, housekeeping and cleaning.
Live in carers role is to enhance people’s well-being and their 1:1 care is not restricted to basic health needs.
They may take the person shopping, escort to social events, assist in exercises, go for walks, take them to local clubs of their wishes or even take them on holiday.

Our clients can choose from a sleepover service to a waking night service, or we can tailor a package to suit their individual needs.

Befriending
My Homecare support adults with learning disabilities and autism. Everyone is different therefore our approach centres on the individual themselves, to support them in realising their dreams and ambitions.
Our service is individual and personal to you and your needs.
We are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day providing care when you most need it and for the length of visit you need.
Before the start of your service our manager will discuss with you your requirements and together, we will devise your person centred plan. When you arrange to meet our manager she can answer all your questions and help with any concerns you may have.

Meal Provision
Supervision and provision of a well-balanced and healthy diet for the person at mealtimes.
Carers sometimes help with the grocery shopping or shop for food for the person and will always strive to prepare fresh meals in their home.

There are a number of ways in which our Angels from My Homecare can help; regular cleaning, laundry, social support services such as escorting to appointments, social events, pop in security checks and even support when on holiday.
Escort & Travel
If you need assistance to enjoy a break away, from a few hours to a fortnight our trained carers can be with you 24/7. Maybe you are planning a family holiday and would like to take along an elderly or vulnerable relative but worried about how you would manage?

Our palliative and end of life care service works to ensure people with progressive illnesses or nearing the end of their life are supported and comfortable I their own home. We provide the highest level of care via our professional, fully trained and experienced team of carers. This service is tailor made around your specific needs and Overnight and Live In Care can be provided if required.
